CUSTOM COMMISSIONS

BRING YOUR JEWELRY DREAMS TO LIFE

Whether you’re starting with a handful of rocks collected throughout your adventures, a gemstone passed down for generations, or simply an idea waiting to take shape, I work collaboratively to create one-of-a-kind jewelry rooted in personal symbolism, sculptural form, and artistic storytelling.

Each commission is approached through a guided creative process that explores materials, atmosphere, and design direction to create wearable pieces that feel deeply personal and intentionally crafted.

THE PROCESS

Step 1 — Inquiry

Begin by submitting an inquiry form with any inspiration, ideas, references, gemstones, symbolism, or general direction you’d like incorporated into the piece. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out, that’s why i’m here to help.

Step 2 — Concept Deposit

A non-refundable $150 concept deposit secures your commission slot and begins the design phase.

The deposit covers:

  • Creative consultation

  • Communication and planning

  • Moodboards or aesthetic direction

  • Preliminary sketches or mockups

  • sourcing research and material exploration

This deposit is applied toward the final commission total.

Step 3 — Creative Direction + Concept Development

Once the deposit is received, the creative development phase begins. Depending on the project, this may include:

  • Moodboards

  • Sketches

  • Material suggestions

  • Stone recommendations

  • Compositional exploration

  • Rough mockups or concept renderings

Commissions are developed collaboratively while remaining grounded in my established artistic language and material approach.

One revision round is included during this phase. Additional revisions may require additional design fees depending on project scope.

Step 4 — Final Quote + Approval

After the concept direction is approved, a final quote is provided based on:

  • Materials

  • Scale

  • Stone sourcing

  • Fabrication complexity

  • Production time

  • Finishing/detail work

Production begins after final approval and payment arrangements.

Step 5 — Fabrication + Completion

Once approved, the piece enters the fabrication process. Timelines vary depending on complexity, sourcing requirements, and production schedule, but most commissions are completed within 3–8 weeks.

Clients may receive progress updates throughout the process, depending on project scope.

  • I’ve always been drawn to art. Even before I had words for it, the dance through creation always followed me.

I’m a self-taught metal smith. I’ve been practicing my craft for 7 years. Everything you see is made by hand, by me, with a passion for creating pieces that feel personal and one of a kind.

  • I believe in keeping things intentional and real. Every piece starts with an idea and evolves through the process of making. I focus on texture, detail, and creating something that feels good to wear and meaningful to own.

  • I work with people who want something that feels like their own. Some come with a clear vision, others just have a feeling or a reference. Both are welcome here.

  • It usually starts with a conversation. You can bring a concept, reference, or just a feeling. From there I shape the direction and create the piece in my own style. The process is collaborative, but also leaves room for the work to develop naturally.

  • That’s completely normal. Most people don’t. I can help guide you based on what you’re drawn to and what feels right for you.

  • Most custom pieces take about 3 to 10 weeks from start to finish, depending on the design, materials, and current workload. If you’re working with a specific date, feel free to reach out before starting the inquiry process.

  • Pricing depends on the size, complexity, materials, and time it takes to create the piece. Every project is different, so pricing reflects that.

  • Reach out through my inquiry submission above! Come with a reference, or even just a question. We’ll figure out the direction together from there.
